Choir

Adult Choir

Temple Sinai’s Adult Choir was created to allow Temple Sinai members who like to sing to have a chance to express their love for Judaism and God through the gift of song and music. In expressing Jewish identity through traditional and contemporary Jewish music, participants in our choir help strengthen our community’s connections to each other. Singing together is a great way to stay connected to the community in a way that is both fun for participants and functional to our synagogue. Choir members form strong bonds to one another and their participation enhances the quality of our services during the High Holydays and throughout the year. Members of the choir come from all walks of life, and have a range of musical experience. There is room for all voices and instruments. If the time commitment is holding you back, know there are many ways to participate.

Rehearsals are: Thursdays 7:00pm-8:15pm

B’nai Shir

B’nai Shir means children of song and is the name of our children’s choir. If your children like to sing and are five and older, that is all that’s needed to join the youth choir. We especially love when our older students join in. B’nai Shir meets most Sundays after religious school from 11:30-11:50 AM.
